H1B wage level RFE

 During this latest H-1B cap year, USCIS has given a huge number of Requests for Additional Evidence, known as RFEs, for new H-1B cap petitions. Most of these petitions were petitioned for individuals in understudy status who as of late graduated and whose businesses are petitioning for their H-1B visas interestingly.
